LIVATION OF PRODUCTS
The products ordered are sent only via the three courier companies we work with: Cargus, Fan Courier or DPD, to the address you specify in the Delivery section. On the day the parcel is received, the courier will inform the recipient of the delivery time and if the recipient is not available to collect the parcel at that time, they will have to arrange another date/time for delivery. For more information on the status of your parcel, you can check the AWB number you received in your shipment confirmation email.
To place an order for delivery to one of the countries within the European Union, please contact us at shop@sense4fit.com to provide you with information on delivery cost and payment method.
EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
If the product you have ordered is not the right one, then we will be able to collect it free of charge from your address. You will need to send a complaint to [se va insera email], and once this complaint has been processed, we will ask the courier company to send a courier to your address to collect the product within approximately 2 working days. Once we receive the parcel and find that the product you have returned to us is compliant, we will refund the money accordingly.
